We offer one on one specific programs.
Sessions are designed to accomplish the goals of our clients needs.
Sport specific,weight loss, fitness, strength and conditioning are all offered
by our highly experienced personal trainers.
Sessions are done one on one orin small groups.
The workouts are 45 mins in duration and we cater for all fitness levels.
The range of exercises and techniques for achieving our clients goals are vast,
and we try vary the workouts each time to ensure that the client has fun
as well as being challenged with exciting exercises.
